Our Conferences

Elections Training: If you have questions regarding elections in your local association—whether for a local or a state position—we have the information you need. Our next elections training will be Monday, June 15, 2026.

ESP Virtual Conference: Whether you are a secretary, custodian, food service worker, aide, bus driver, president of your local, building representative, or member—this session will be helpful for you. Join us on Saturday, February 7, 2026.

Leadership Summit: Mark your calendar for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, for our annual Leadership Summit which tackles current topics and gives answers every leader needs to know.

Legislative event: Our Legislative Reception will be Monday, March 16, 2026. Held simultaneously in three locations, members are encouraged to share their stories about the education environment.

Megaconference: The name says it all—Megaconference—and it will feature twelve simultaneous breakouts in three one-hour time slots. Topics offered fall into the following three themes: leadership development, personal development, and professional development. Plan to join us on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

NEOEA Day: Our namesake day is Friday, October 10, 2025.

Summer Leadership: Our largest conference of the year is two days and features intensive training in association leadership for new and experienced leaders. Mark your calendar for Wednesday and Thursday, July 22-23, 2026.
