Elections Training: If you have questions regarding elections in your local association—whether for a local or a state position—we have the information you need. Our next elections training will be Monday, June 15, 2026.

ESP Virtual Conference: Whether you are a secretary, custodian, food service worker, aide, bus driver, president of your local, building representative, or member—this session will be helpful for you.

Leadership Summit: Our annual Leadership Summit provide an in-depth look at current topics.

Legislative event: At our Legislative Reception, members are encouraged to share their stories about the education environment.

Megaconference The name says it all—Megaconference—and it will feature twelve simultaneous breakouts in three one-hour time slots. Topics offered fall into the following three themes: leadership development, personal development, and professional development.

NEOEA Day: Our namesake day is Friday, October 9, 2026.

Summer Leadership: Our largest conference of the year is two days and features intensive training in association leadership for new and experienced leaders. Mark your calendar for Wednesday and Thursday, July 22-23, 2026.
